Appointments
To schedule a appointment, please choose from one of the below options.
Please note: Due to high call volumes, it may take longer than usual to reach a representative by phone or receive a response to an online appointment request. We will assist you as soon as possible.
Cancel an Appointment
To cancel an appointment, complete an admin questionnaire on the Patient Triage section.
- Book your own appointment online
For any routine appointment, you can complete the Patient Triage questionnaire and be offered an appointment. Alternatively, you can book your own appointment using the Airmid app on your mobile device or SystmOnline on your computer.
If you have an acute medical condition that requires attention the same day, you can call us from 8am. We experience a high volume of calls in the morning. If your phone call is for a routine appointment or a non-urgent matter, use the patient triage service.

- Home Visits
Although we strongly encourage our patients to visit the surgery where we have the necessary equipment and facilities, we understand that this may not always be feasible.
If you require a home visit, please contact the surgery at 0116 2169773.
Home visits can only be requested if you are unable to leave your house due to being housebound. Your GP will assess your medical condition and determine if a home visit is necessary, as well as the level of urgency for the visit.
