How to access your records online.

You can book, check, or cancel appointments with a GP or nurse, order repeat prescriptions, and view parts of your health record, including medicines, vaccinations, and test results. You can also view communications between your GP surgery and other healthcare services like hospitals.

You can access your medical records using the SystmOnline portal (computer) or Airmid app (mobile device). You are also able to order repeat prescriptions using these services, in addition to booking GP appointments and viewing your medical records, including vaccinations, medications, and test results. 

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescriptions using the NHS website by setting up an NHS login. To access our online service, please request an individual access and ID code from one of our receptionists.
